I mean, I don’t want it to sound like a bad thing, but I guess there are some limitations to interesting things above ground especially when all your friends are busy or suffering from a bit of anxiety about going outside, much less into the dark underbelly of Rochester.
I remember a friend of mine once commenting about how they would love to go into the subway… if I was going down there with them.
Still, I find such beautiful things when I go down into the subway. New art, new shapes, new light. It’s all lovely.
So I packed my tripod and crazy wide angle lens and walked from one end to the other, about 3/4 of a mile. Not far, but such a world away.
